Black Cod Pack type: Frozen H & G

How it is processed:
UniSea produces Black Cod which is delivered to the plant by a fleet of longline vessels. The vessels head and gut the fish quickly after being brought aboard the vessel. The fish are iced at sea to preserve the freshness. At the plant black cod are further cleaned, washed, sized and blast frozen. The sized black cod are glazed after freezing and boxed in 50 pound boxes.
