UniSea markets Snow Crab, Red King, Blue King and Brown King Crab to the food service industry, retail and value added distributors. Crab sections (legs & claws with shoulder meat) are packed into either 28 or 30 pound bulk packs. The crab is cooked, chilled and then brine frozen.
