How it is Processed:
UniSea produces H&G turbot, rockfish that is delivered to the plant by a fleet of longline vessels. The vessels gut the fish quickly after being brought aboard the vessel. The fish are iced at sea to preserve the freshness. At the plant the fish is further cleaned, washed, sized and blast frozen. They are glazed after freezing and boxed in 50-pound boxes.
