Pacific Cod is processed in a separate plant that was designed to produce primarily shatterpack fillets. UniSea has continually upgraded this facility to allow us to fully utilize the entire fish. While shatterpack fillets still continue to be the primary product we also produce cod block, split salted cod, cod trim, roe, milt, stomachs.
