Front desk clerk


  • Greet and register hotel guests.
  • Check out hotel guests.
  • Direct telephone calls and take messages, as necessary.
  • Post charges.
  • Take room reservations.
  • Deliver superior customer service to guests.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years front desk or related experience.
  • Computer skills preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills.
